ಹೊಸಪೇಟೆ: ನಗರದ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನ್‌ಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗುಲಿದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಅಂದಾಜು ₹ 50 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಬೆಂಕಿಗೆ ಆಹುತಿಯಾದ ಘಟನೆ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11.30ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರದ ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗುಲಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು ಹೆದರಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಓಡಿ ಬಂದರು. ಕೆಲವೇ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಗೆ ಇಡಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರವನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿತು.
ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಸರ್ಕಿಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಫೀಲಂ ಪ್ರೊಜೆಕ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು, 15 ಕೆ.ವಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಯುಪಿಎಸ್‌, ಸಿಲ್ವರ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಂಡ್‌ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್‌, ಎರಡು ಎಸಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಭಸ್ಮವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ದಳದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ನಂದಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನಾಹುತವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
‘ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಸರ್ಕಿಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಲವೇ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಗೆ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
ತಕ್ಷಣ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಗಾಬರಿಯಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಓಡಿ ಹೋದರು. ಬೆಂಕಿ ಆರುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಕರಕಲಾಗಿದ್ದವು’ ಎಂದು ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ‘ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ’ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಸರ್ಕಿಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಫೀಲಂ ಪ್ರೊಜೆಕ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು, 15 ಕೆ.ವಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಯುಪಿಎಸ್‌, ಸಿಲ್ವರ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಂಡ್‌ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್‌, ಎರಡು ಎಸಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಭಸ್ಮವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
