ಕಡೂರು: ಕಟಾವಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ 4 ಎಕರೆ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಳೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಭಸ್ಮವಾದ ಘಟನೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಿಳುವಾಲ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಬಿಳುವಾಲದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ 7 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದ ಕಬ್ಬಿನ ಗದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ತಗುಲಿದ್ದು, ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ದಳಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಆ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹತೋಟಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗಾಗಲೇ ಸುಮಾರು 4 ಎಕರೆ ಕಬ್ಬು ಬೆಂಕಿಗೆ ಅಹುತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂದಾಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಸಬಾ ಕೃಷಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಲೋಕನಾಥ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು.

Sugar cane appears to be harvested from fire damage

Kadur: 4 acres of sugarcane crop to be harvested from the fire accident in the event the entire bhasmava biluvala village in the taluk on Monday.
